 Vincent's Lodge - Outdoor Wedding Venue Near St. Louis

Gorgeous 176 acre resort facility with two separate, but adjacent outdoor wedding venues are available; original Dragonfly~In site is our formal estate setting (small weddings up to 50 people only) and Vincent's site is our more rustic country setting (perfect for larger weddings up to 200 people).

Groups may also choose to combine the two settings for more overnight accomodations.

Our latest addition is Vincent's Lodge and KatyDid Cabin, perfect for larger weddings.

The DragonFly-In Bed & Breakfast has been the preferred location of many Missouri wedding couples. Located only 90 miles from St. Louis, M0. With lots of ambiance for that one of a kind, uniquely yours, wedding event.

Winter wedding or incliment weather...we've got you covered!

The out door pavilion has white drop down tent sides complete with cathedral windows and 2 doors, plus outdoor patio heaters are available. The pavilion is located next to Vincent's Lodge, so is only available for weddings at that facility.

We work with you to plan every step to give you what you want your wedding to be at an affordable cost.

WEDDINGS For Over 50 GUESTS - $3,500.00
(New Vincent's Lodge and facilities)

 

Vincent's Lodge sleeps up to 16, KatyDid Cabin sleeps up to 10, Wedding Pavilion with tables and chairs to seat up to 200 all for $3,500.00. This includes drop down tent sides , 1 porta potty and out door patio heaters ($15 per extra gas tank).

Does not include taxes, damage/cleanup deposit of $500.00. Includes both accommodations for 2 nights, rehearsal, ceremony and reception site fees . Will sleep up to 26 between the 2 facilities if maxed. 

The wedding couple is responsible for the entire amount of their package: (of course Mom & or Dad may also pay) However, you can defray some of your expenses if you choose to have some or all of your guest reimburse you for their accommodations. For your convenience below is a break down of the accommodation charges included in your 2 night Wedding Package.

You can also add our other site, the DragonFly~In B&B facilities to your event. 

The DragonFly -In B&B site includes: the DragonFly suite perfect for the wedding couple or extra overnite guest, the DamselFly room, and the Green Darner Cottage which can sleep up to 10. The DragonFly-In B&B site  has accommodations for an additional 14 guests or can be rented separately for smaller weddings of up to 50 for a separate wedding package of $1,500.00.  

 

If reserving both sites; a complete package for larger events would be priced at $5,000. Includes all accommodations for two nights, ceremony and reception.




Reservation Deposits and Refunds Cancellation Policy

We require that you pay ½ at the time of your reservation and the balance at least one month prior to your event. The wedding couple will need to sign a dated contract with The management of The DragonFly-In, a liability waiver for their guests during the events held on the premises and put down a damage/cleaning deposit, to be held until the end of their stay.

This is of course refundable if all goes well and no damages are incurred. If the deposit does not cover all incurred damages an additional charge for those damages may apply.  We look forward to helping you with the perfect Missouri outdoor wedding.



WEDDING OR EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY

In the unfortunate circumstance of a cancellation by you of your event our policy is:

The 1/2 deposit minus a $50.00 handling fee is refundable if you give cancellation notice to our management at least two months prior to your event date. Full payment will be expected if the event is canceled with less than one month notice to our management department. We will do our best to work with you in emergency situations but you will need to be able to provide proof of any acceptable extreme situation. If agreeable to both parties, we may choose to reschedule an event, one time only, in case of an acceptable emergency. Should your event be rescheduled by our management, all deposits and payments made would apply.

Should The DragonFly-In have to cancel an event due to an unforeseen disaster that would make it impossible to hold your event on the premises a full refund would be made and as much advance notice given as possible.
